Forexco is made up of two teams in Australia both working to achieve shared goal; stronger client relationships and increased revenue opportunities.

Our core business; IS PRIME. ASIA PACIFIC is the Licenced Australian representative of London, UK based ISPrime Ltd; one of the world’s leading providers of Prime-of-Prime FX Brokerage Services and FOREXCO. MANAGEMENT  a specialist distributor and promoter focusing on identifying and developing Wholesale Partnerships for Retail Brokers to grow their revenue streams and customer acquisition channels.

 

Position summary:

 

The Account Executive, Sales role is responsible to carry out all sales and business development activities set by management.

Act as a front line sales and customer service ambassador on behalf of FOREXCO. Management Pty. Ltd. and ensure a high standard of service is provided to all clients and partners. Locate and develop/acquire new business. All dealings with both external and internal customers must be efficient, effective and professional at all times.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

■   Locate and develop/acquire new business prospects and opportunities

■   Retain client relationships and increase loyalty by serving as a personal contact to clients and partners to ensure excellent customer service

■   Have a full understanding all products and introduce opportunities to potential customers

■   Participate and assist in all kinds of events which are targeted to new or existing clients and partners

■   Maintain accurate databases for management’s information and evaluation

■   Communicate regularly with prospects and existing clients to regarding upcoming events and company activities through different communication channels available

 

Key performance indicators:

 

Achieve clients quotas/targets/goals as assigned by the Company

 

Experience

 

■   One year or above relevant experience in sales and promotion field, preferably in FX Sales or Marketing

 

Education

 

■   Secondary / Tertiary Qualifications

 

Skills / Competencies

 

■   Proven customer service orientation, energetic and enthusiastic

■   Flexible and accommodating as this role may require extra hours out of normal work hours

■   Computer skills

■   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English

■   Ability to converse in foreign language(s) will be an added advantage

■   Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

■   Able to work under pressure and result driven

■   A team player
